A cluster of filings in Renton Highlands

Six of the 12 projects sit on NE 11th Street in Renton Highlands, and they group into two sites. 2824 NE 11th St and four addresses around it, 2820, 2822, 2832, and 2834 NE 11th Street, share the same 1.73 acre parcel. BuildVue's parcel data lists that parcel's previous use as Apartment. The five filings on it were submitted between February 6 and February 12, 2026. A sixth filing at 2905 NE 11th Street sits on a neighboring 1.30 acre parcel, also listed with a previous use of Apartment, filed February 9. All six remain in land use review, and recorded values for each are in the table above.

Two projects under construction

Only two Renton filings have moved past land use review. 5200 Talbot Rd S is a commercial project on a 6.17 acre site filed in December 2025. BuildVue's parcel data lists that site's previous use as Church, Welfare, Religious Service. 856 Harrington Ave NE is a much smaller residential project on a 0.15 acre lot, filed in June 2026. The one withdrawal on record

A filing at 1322 Tacoma Ct NE was withdrawn in July 2026. The lot is part of a platted development called Towns on 12th. It is the only withdrawal currently on record among Renton's 12 tracked filings.
