Foundry at Totem Lake is a phased development. The city issued construction permits for its north and south towers in September and November 2025. Modera Bridle Trails is a five story mixed use building on the site of a former bowling alley. The city issued its construction permit in August 2024. Lake House Apartments is an eight story building, and Rose 85 is a townhouse development.
