Downtown Redmond names four addresses with enough detail to describe here. 8420 160th Avenue Northeast moved into under construction in July 2026. Right next to it, 8430 160th Avenue Northeast did the same. Two more Downtown addresses are earlier in the process. 7214 170th Avenue Northeast filed its land use application in February 2026 under permit LAND-2026-00056. 16150 NE 85th Street filed back in October 2025 under permit LAND-2025-00284.

Willows and Rose Hill is further along than Downtown as a group. Its neighborhood page lists 13 total projects, 11 active and 2 completed. Six addresses posted a status change to under construction in July 2026, at 12222 138th Place NE, 13960 NE 123rd Way, 13820 NE 123rd Way, 13880 NE 123rd Way, 13980 NE 123rd Way, and 12235 138th Place NE. Four of the six are on NE 123rd Way itself, and the other two are on 138th Place NE.

Overlake's neighborhood page names two more addresses. 2888 Da Vinci Avenue Northeast moved into under construction in July 2026. 15606 NE 40th Street Building A filed a land use permit in September 2025 under LAND-2025-00247.
