Master Planned Development-Redevelopment of existing 32.73-acre site for a mid-rise multi-family residential development and daycare center across six (6) buildings.
Redevelopment of the existing eaves apartment complex (consisting of 374 units in 44 low-rise apartment buildings) and Avalon Redmond Campus (consisting of 214 units in one (1) mid-rise building) into a dense, walkable, urban mid-rise community as envisioned by the Redmond 2050 Comprehensive Plan. Approximately 2.000 - 2,500 residential units could be constructed on five (5) separate parcels, with a private open space of approximately 1.3 acres integrated into the community. The critical areas and associated buffers would be preserved and enhanced while preserving existing buildings and infrastructure within the critical area and buffers.
