PROJECT GOALS A. Demolish existing warehouse structure, the CFS building, and above grade infrastructure in preparation for the redevelopment of the Terminal 5 Container Yard Expansion. B. Deliver 6 acres of pavement per requirements. C. Ensure all below grade vaults, lids, and Longfellow Creek pipe are rated for loading conditions per Civil Design Criteria. D. Provide 90-foot access between existing terminal and expanded area. E. Installation of new utilities to support the new facility per requirements. F. Installation of new fencing. G. Construction shall have minimal impacts to cargo operations and any impacts shall be coordinated with Port of Seattle Construction Management and terminal operator with at least 14 days advance notification.

Construct new electrical substations and sitework for the Port of Seattle at Terminal 5 and occupy per plan.

Construction of federal Customs and Border Protection security building at Terminal 5. This is a priority 2 project.

Construct restroom building at Port of Seattle Terminal 5 occupy per plan.

The proposed project involves the removal of derelict in-water structures at the north end of Terminal 5 in Elliott Bay. Work includes the removal of approximately 2 200 creosote-treated timber piles associated structural materials (bents pile caps sacrificial elements deck boardsing) andany identified debris that interferes with piling removal. Piling removal will take place between 10/1/2017 and 2/15/2018 using vibratory and mechanical methods. Piles will not be replaced. In addition t
