Seattle Public Utilities proposes to construct a water quality treatment facility at this site along the Duwamish River to treat stormwater from the nearby South Park Pump Station. The facility will include bioretention treatment cells, river habitat/shoreline restoration, and public amenity paths and open space. The only vertical structure included in this project will be a small storage building.
