Converting detached garage into an adu. Floor plan is around 740 sq ft with an addition being added to the south side of the building. The addition will be an entry way that is 8 by 12 feet. Sewer permits and plans have been submitted to the county and will be using a 4 inch gravity fed sewer hook up. Separate water meeter to be instilled mid August. No trees to be removed and existing storm water system covers the garage that we are converting into adu. Interior addition include adding walls (kitchen, living room, bedroom, two bathrooms) . Will be adding electrical, plumbing, heating, new windows and doors. Replacing siding and decking while resurfacing the roof. Installing mini heat/ac system also adding tankless water heater.
