The purpose of this document is to identify the scope of work necessary for the application of a building permit for a single-family residence on behalf of the Marchetti family. The lot in question suffered an unfortunate fire inside the house that was declared a total loss. The new home being proposed is a very comparable style home with some updated aesthetics to the exterior design including different exposure lap siding styles, octagon shaped windows and a more classic gridded window pattern. The home also boasts a slightly larger footprint with a total gross square footage of (4,936 Sq Ft Livable with garage and 5,378 Sq Ft Building Footprint). A steep sloped roof gives the building a height of 33’-2”. The landscaping and driveway approaches for the project will be restored to their original states once the construction has been completed. Construction of the home will be with traditional materials that include concrete foundations, wood structure construction and fiber cement siding.
