The code requires trees to be planted 20 ft on center in the landscape buffer. We ask the City to adjust or remove the requirement for trees along the north property lie in order to protect the neighbor's water lines located in this area. We have proposed additional landscaping measures in-lieu of trees in the buffer.

We request that the City accept an adjustment to the protections measures for existing trees being retained and allow for some encroachment into the tree canopy of trees #2, #3, and #4 per the recommendations of the arborist.
