Apartments moving through construction

Three named apartment projects hold active construction permits. Mosaic Apartments at 3111 Wetmore Avenue is under construction with a recorded value of $24.9 million. A few blocks away, Kōz on Wetmore at 2609 Wetmore Avenue is under construction at a recorded value of $20.1 million. The Wave at 2914 Rucker Avenue is also under construction, recorded at $19.3 million. All three sit in the Port Gardner or Bayside areas near the waterfront.
