DADU: Remodel existing detached garage and carport to approximately 636 sq ft. accessory dwelling unit.Remove old roof structure and replaced with simple sloped roof design. Original garage building roof will be completely replaced with new roof structure. Construct new exterior perimeter foundation in old shed area. Install wood flooring with moisture barrier and insulation in all slab floor areas.Install new interior walls (non-structural). Minor area of lawn will be paved with asphalt to provide parking.
