DADU: Converted without permits. Replace rotted 2x4 wall in bedroom and bathroom with new. Replace old windows and doors with new like for like. Update bathroom and kitchen to new fixtures, sinks and cabinets. Redo all drywall and insulation in the Detached ADU. Replumb and rewire the ADU. No structure or layout changes to the ADU.
