Demolish fire-damaged 5-unit apartment building. Consturct new 17-unit home daycare apartments and three (3) Type B units for a total of 20 units. Scope of work includes open plaza, covered parking aisle, on-grade parking and provide parking for neighbor's 5-unit apartment building.
