Proposed construction of a new detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 2415 S 130th Pl, SeaTac, WA. The project consists of a two-story structure totaling approximately 940 square feet of conditioned living space with an attached 310 square foot garage. Scope includes site preparation, foundation, framing, roofing, exterior finishes, and full interior build-out. The project also includes installation of new water and sewer services, a separate utility meter, and associated utility connections. All work to be performed in accordance with the 2021 International Residential Code (IRC), 2021 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and applicable City of SeaTac regulations.
