Interior renovation of existing single-family residence. Scope includes removal of a non-load-bearing kitchen partition and soffit, minor relocation of the laundry partition, kitchen window opening modifications, replacement of 3 existing windows and 1 patio sliding door, and associated framing repairs.
Install insulation and replace interior drywall following separately contracted abatement work. Update kitchen, bathroom, and laundry layouts as shown on plans.
Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical alterations will be completed under separate trade permits.
Existing building footprint, foundation, load-bearing walls, and roof truss system to remain unchanged. No addition or change of occupancy
