Install new 4 inch PVC sewer line from DADU to existing house sewer using proper bedding and slope, including cleanouts and a wye connection at tie in point. Connect DADU to existing water service. Interior work includes new kitchen, bathroom, living area, and sleeping area. All work to comply with Auburn City Code, utility requirements, and approved plans. Mechanical and plumbing permits to be submitted by sub contractors at later date.
