Removing 140 square feet or 10 feet cut off of my existing attached garage for the purpose of making space for a new DADU. Cut walls roof and concrete and pour a new footing and foundation wall to match existing. Install embedded hold downs in concrete. Frame a new end wall with gable end. New wall to be a one-hour firewall. This is an unfinished and uninsulated garage and will remain that way.
