DADU PERMIT. Repair as indicated on plans. Remove and replace burned material as required. Remove lath and plaster wall and ceiling coverings. Install new insulation and drywall. Remove and replace all fixtures. Detach and reset all appliances. Remove and replace all windows and doors. Ext doors and windows to be U value of .3 or better. Re roof including new sheathing.
