FFR21-0182 Approved 10132021 for Upon commencement of sitework, we found that the existing stem wall was in poor condition, and with no support footing. Also, the slab concrete floor was not sufficient to allow for a floating floor to be installed. We brought our structural engineer out for further investigation. Together, we came up with a solution to reinforce the stem wall, add a new footing and pour a new slab. This solution also includes interior waterproofing and drainage.
