A 650 SF attached ADU will be added onto an existing 882 SF residence. The ADU will have one bedroom and 1 bathroom. A 328 SF patio will be added, as well as a 32 SF covered porch and a 217 SF sidewalk to the ADU. The existing residence will have a new window installed to provide egress from an existing bedroom. The existing residence will also replace an existing window with a new sliding door to the patio.
