ADU conversion of 1st floor daylight basement at SFD. Installing electric range in basement kitchen (building has 320 amp service). Removing one (1) bathtub from the main bath in basement and replacing with a "roll-in" shower. Previous AFH conversion of 2nd floor completed under BLDRA20-0205.
