| Remodel An interior renovation of an existing SFR home w/ the addition of 4 new dormers and new ~300 deck. The existing foundation will be removed and replaced with a new, conventional spread footing foundation. The basement will also be dug down to increase head height for a new basement ADU. A new bunker garage will be built into the hillside on the western portion of the lot. An existing shed will be moved along the south property line and a new parking area established for 2 cars accessed off the alley to the south. The pedestrian path to the front porch will be realigned and the covered, front porch replaced.
