9712 DADU Converting an existing structure into a DADU. It now has a bedroom, bathroom, and a living area and a total area of 528 SF. There will not be an addition. We will add a kitchen and sepertate the electrical service and water service. We plan on connecting the the flows from the additional fixtures to the existing side sewer.
