PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY MINERAL BIN COVER This is a Capital Project, EU 014-PWO Salt Storage Cover, which consists of constructing a prefabricated fabric building with a galvanized metal frame on an engineered ecology block wall foundation to cover salt and other bulk materials stored at the Public Works Maintenance Facility. The existing mineral bin walls will be modified per the attached foundation plans to provide a suitable base for the new building.
