I originally applied for a shoreline exemption permit from the city to replace my floating on water residence (FOWR) number 873 and Ben Perkowski told me that the city has changed their rules and now a substantial development permit must be applied for instead. The FOWR that I'm going to rebuild will be built out of state in Virginia and shipped in. It will be launched at 1005 NE Boat Street and moored there until this permit is accepted.
