Place one new Ziply owned pole at or near 16422 NE 29th St at NE 29th St & 164th Ave NE in the City of Bellevue public right of way. Transfer existing aerial attachments to the new pole. Remove old pole per utility and jurisdiction requirements. Maintain access and restore disturbed areas to existing conditions.
