Underground horizontal directional boring using surface launched drill to install 2" Comcast conduit to 4456. Starting at Comcast ped located near SW corner of 4462's property, crew will bore NE/NW approx 77' to a placed carson and E approx 3' to row boundary. Route will finish on private property NE approx 39' to 4456's connection. Potholing for sewer and water lines is needed. 1' of vertical clearance will be kept from lines. Max pothole dimension 2' x 2'. Hydrant is no longer next to sewer line.
