Post Rev 1: existing conduit was found in right of wa running from carson on property W/S to pole. Crew will utilize existing conduit to pull the line through, no boring will occur in the right of way. Underground horizontal directional boring using surface launched drill to install 2" comcast conduit to 820. Starting at telephone pole 222274-166239, crew will bore S approx 46' and E approx 28' crossing under 103rd Ave SE to a placed carson. Route will finish on private property E/N approx 41' to 820's connection. Potholing for sewer and water main is needed. 1' of vertical clearance will be kept from mains. Max pothole dimension 2' x 2'.
