We have four 60 -100 ft Fir trees on our SE property line. The tree roots are growing very close to the house foundation and we want to avoid costly future repairs or damage due to the tree roots. Last year, we had to replace our water main which we suspect was due to these tree roots. We plan to plant new deciduous trees in their place.
