To replace existing sidewalk with a 8-foot-wide sidewalk and a 5-foot-wide planter strip buffer. Existing curb and gutter to be protected. Any broken or damaged curbs will be replaced. Existing driveway cut to be removed. New curb and gutter will be installed at the existing driveway cuts. New shared access driveway cuts for lots 1 and 2 to be construct per civil plans.
