The project will reconstruct portions of two internal roadways, Snoqualmie River Road and Kelse Creek Road to improve general purpose traffic and utility operations and enhance for frequent transit service. Improvements include water, sewer, storm, sidewalks, streetlights, landscaping and several other roadway related improvements.
