This project, led by the City of Bellevue Arts and Culture Program in partnership with Stevenson Elementary, will wrap one City-owned
utility box at the NW corner of NE 8th St & 140th Ave NE . The wrap is printed with
artwork from students at the school. Installation performed on foot by wrap vendor.
