To build a single family residence with an attached accessory dwelling unit. The residence will be two stories with a daylight basement. An existing single family residence will be removed as part of this project. A detached accessory dwelling unit on-site is currently under construction under a separate permit (68381-CN).Note subject parcel is Lot 3 on attached survey. Client owns Lots 4 and 5 with intent to develop these lots similarly to what is proposed on Lot 3.
