We own the two parcels (1930300396 and 1930300390) with the address 512 N Bowdoin Pl. We are hoping to develop a new main unit and basement AADU on the north end of the west parcel (1930300396). A significant portion of the parcel is an ECA steep slope area making nearly the entire parcel unavailable for development and we would like to apply for relief.Please find attached to the application a site plan for the proposed building as well as a survey and geotechnical report.
