7-ELEVEN SITE DEVELOPMENT - The applicant proposes to remove existing fuel system which includes three (3) 12,000-gallon underground storage tanks, product and vent piping, monitoring equipment, dispensers, canopy, and concrete slabs. Backfill and restore site; approximately 1,071 cubic yards, with asphalt paving to match existing surface. Maintain existing surface topography, slopes, and storm drainage system. Existing convenience store to remain.
