The applicant proposes to divide one 1.25 acre parcel into 4 single family residential lots, a stormwater management tract (Tract A), and a new public residential street. The existing house is proposed to remain, but the detached garage will be removed from the site. Lots 1, 2, and 3 will be accessed from 119th Ave SE, a new extension of the public residential street. Lot 4, where the existing home will remain, will maintain its existing access to SE 236th, a private street.
