The proposal is to subdivide a 0.96 acre existing lot into 4 resultant residential lots with a shared access tract that connects the new lots to Southeast 280th Street to the south. The access tract (“Tract B”) is configured in a ‘hammerhead’ arrangement to meet emergency vehicle access requirements. Frontage improvements to SE 280th St and utility improvements to serve the short plat will be constructed.
