This project is a 3-lot short plat on a 0.81 acre site. The lot being subdivided was a single lot within a previous short plat that was completed previously, and the new short subdivision will retain the existing home on Lot 3, while creating two new residential development lots and a tract for stormwater management and a second tract for shared access for the two new lots.
