This project proposes to subdivide an existing one-acre lot located at 12926 SE. 244th Street into four lots, a private access tract (Tract B), and a private stormwater and landscaping tract (Tract A). The existing house would remain on Lot 1 and the other resultant lots (Lots 2-4) would be potential residential development sites.
