This project proposes to subdivide two parcels totaling 4.99 acres into thirty (30) single-family residential lots with two open space tracts, two critical area tracts, a landscape tract and a stormwater tract. All new lots will be accessed from a new public street connecting to SE 283rd Pl to the north and 144th Ave SE to the east.
