E25-54132 Chou Residence Master Bedroom Remodel: The proposed project involves the demolition of the existing master bedroom structure and reconstruction of a new structure on the same footprint. The new master bedroom will maintain the same layout and configuration as existing but will be constructed with an increased floor and roof elevation to align with the height of the adjacent room's roof. The bathroom floor will be raised per plans to match the new proposed floor elevation of the master bedroom. New concrete landings and exterior steps will be constructed on the north and south sides of the master bedroom to accommodate the elevated floor level. Interior steps will also be added within the hallway, per plan, to provide access to the raised master bedroom floor.
