Remove all fire damaged personal and household debris from inside the home and all junktrash from the entire associated lot. tear down and remove all fire damaged walls ceilings and roof portions that were damaged by the fire. luckily this home has a flat roof and from the looks of it all of it must be torn down and rebuilt. Remove two large trees that are on the South side of the property (N. 50th) in order to safely and he eventually run power back to the home in order to proceed in the remodeling of this Poor old fire damaged home
