FIRE STATION 81-The proposed Fire Station 81 will be a two-story 15,662 gsf facility with a mix of B, R-3, and S-2 occupancies for living, work, and support spaces for up to (8) fire fighters and (4) apparatus bays. The existing fire station will remain operational during construction and will then be demolished. Goes with Mechanical BLD2026-0084 and Plumbing BLD2026-0085.
