ROSIE & JACK LLC: Coffee Stand - This project is a new construction of a 257 SF coffee drive-thru stand, replacing existing coffee stand. REVISION 1 (1.12.26): Revise pedestrian path to match existing. Revise parking stalls at North and Northeast of Coffee Stand. Revise sewer at Coffee Stand. The existing coffee stand is to remain operational during construction of the new coffee stand.
