This project proposes two new self-storage buildings; one that will be roughly 7,200 square feet along the south/southwestern portion of the property, one that will be roughly 1,482 square feet towards the center of the property, as well as updating the existing parking area layout to include 40 new standard parking stalls, as well as 44 covered parking stalls.
