This proposal is for the construction of 37 townhouse-style units organized in 5 separate buildings. There is one point of direct vehicle access to the existing adjacent street, and one point of dedicated pedestrian access for the use of the residents of this development to the adjacent park (Morill Meadows Park). The 7 units located in Building A will also be designed and constructed to allow for hybrid residential-commercial uses to meet the commercial requirements for the CC-MU zone. The project also received an administrative variance (RPAV-2240223) approved on May 8th, 2024 which allows for increased maximum building heights of 44 feet 8 inches (44’8”) and 4 stories.
