A new 25 story Class "A" office buildings of approximately 650,313 gross sq. ft. with up to 509,400 sq. ft. of office and 7,532 sq. ft. retail spaces and 5-1/2 levels below grade parking structure.

New Construction of a Class A 25 story office tower of approximately 652,759 sf including retail at street level and a 5-1/2 floor below grade structured garage of approximately 927 cars. Scope of this BB Permit pertains to the below grade garage/foundation work and separate above grade permit for the office tower construction will be submitted later.

Two connexes will be used along NE8th to route pedestrians under. These will be used as temporary pedestrian protection and will be removed once overhead hazards are no longer present.
