ADU: URBAN CONSERVANCY SHORELINE EXEMPTION The project consists of the construction of an ADU. An infiltration has been designed for stormwater management of the ADU and other existing paved surfaces on site. The project is location within the Urban Conservancy Shoreline Designation and is required to apply for a statement of exemption.
RESIDENCE ADU The project is located in a Type 2 Groundwater Protection Area. Per Appendix I-G of the City of Auburn Supplemental Manual to the 2019 DOE Stormwater Management Manual, infiltration of runoff from pollution generating surfaces (PGS) is prohibited unless a deviation is requested. The project is requesting a deviation and providing enhanced runoff treatment as justification.
