Structure Description: Structure is a fairly new three-story apartment building of typical light framed wood construction. Foundation appears to be concrete with ground floor being concrete slab on grade. Conclusions & Recommendations: It is our conclusion that all framing members are in good condition with no visible signs of damage present. It is our recommendation to verify all framing members have positive connections per the IBC fastening schedule (table 2304.10.1) and replace damaged/removed interior dry wall and exterior siding and trim to match existing/original conditions. Window flashing to be verified by contractor and any corrections made per SSK-1 attached. Window Repairs (see on attachments provided by Engineer)
