This project addresses a previously red-tagged structure, where all noted code violations have been resolved. The primary concern , exposed electrical wiring which has been fully corrected. All electrical work has been completed in accordance with code, inspected ,and approved by (L&I). The remaining scope of work includes completing insulation and closing off the interior walls with dry wall as well as adding a separation wall. The space will be finalized and designated for use as a storage and office on second floor area.
